Website Redesign

Improved a better B2B user experience website by identifying users pain points and their needs. My method of discovering these pain points was done by administering a heuristic and user analysis.

Fulfillment America Inc. (FAI) needs a way to target their audience and spark the interest of top brands in need of our fulfillment services.


The Fulfillment America Inc (FAI) website is a way for the company to delivering information about their capabilities to attract and convert more leads to work with FAI. I began this project by administering a heuristic analysis of the website, this was done to form a more solid understanding of where the pain points were in the website and how they could be solved. I continued to test the website with a few users in order to further solidify my findings.

By creating user personas I was able to understand the companies clients and potential clients to make it easier to tailor content to their specific needs, behaviors, and concerns of different groups.

Identifying user's pain-points and making improvements

I began my heuristic analysis of fulfillmentamerica.com by defining some standard scenarios that would be common amongst their users. After creating these test cases, I went through the website step by step and documented all of my findings, as they relate to the heuristic analysis guidelines defined by Jakob Nielsen, and assigned them a severity rating of 1-3, 1 being the least severe and 3 being the most. After everything was documented I went on to testing the website with individual users. The goal of this study was to asses the usability of Fulfillment America's website through a heuristic evaluation.

Creating a Stronger Brand

Creating a new style guide, context, and wireframe was made to create less distractions and jargon for the user.

An interactive prototype was then created to test Fulfillment America's new website with users which had proven that the website communicates the companies brand and users completing task averaging half the amount of time. I then developed a response website so that it can be viewed across all devices.
